Submit the best dates for each month:
- Put your name at the top
- Enter the best weekend dates for each month; enter the Saturday date (so for example, if you are free the weekend of Jan 11 and 12, put Jan 11. If there are multiple weekend dates that are open, put 1), 2), 3) etc. in order of preference
- If there are dates you can’t do, put NO and then the date
- If there is a week that would be best for you to do a week long trip, put WEEK and then the Saturday through Saturday dates.
